Activities Fee

Throughout the year, your fifth grader will have the chance to engage in a variety of enjoyable and unforgettable events such as the Spooky Olympics, Turkey Trot, Quiz Show, and End of Year Celebrations. While the QRPTA contributes generously each year to support many of these activities, to ensure the successful funding of many of our planned events, we kindly request each fifth-grade family to contribute an activities fee of $190 per child. This fee will cover the expenses associated with most of the events mentioned in the calendar above, your child's yearbook, as well as the t-shirts/ swag that the entire class will sport for the 2023 Photo, Turkey Trot, and Moving Up Ceremony.

Please be on the lookout for an email later this month with information about how to pay your dues.

Once you pay your annual QRPTA membership dues through Membership Toolkit, you may pay the 5^th Grade Activities fee directly through Membership Toolkit as well.  The 5^th Grade Activities Fee is due by 9/30.  

Financial Aid is available for PTA programs, including the fifth grade activities fee. Please email Dr. Gil for more information. All inquiries are kept in the strictest confidence.
