Quaker Ridge After School Clubs (ASCs) is a PTA sponsored after-school enrichment program that offers a variety of clubs in art, cooking, chess, dance, STEM, sports, and more! 

Your generous support of our After School Clubs allows the Quaker Ridge PTA to run fun, community-building events, special cultural assemblies, art and library enrichment programs and so much more.  Thank you for your partnership.

Important ASC information:

All clubs run immediately after school: 3:15 - 4:15pm 

with the exception of Cooking with Ms. Schneider (Monday - Thursday), which ends at 4:30pm.

Students will be dismissed according to the instructions set on School Dismissal Manager.

Please select "Attending QR After-School Program" on a student's club day,

if no selection has been made students will be dismissed from school at 3:00pm.  

For any changes to a student's dismissal plan after 1:55pm, please call the main office: (914) 721-2780.

 For any last-minute emergent situations that affect ASC pick up time, please call/text Julie Bloom 914-263-9528.

Instructions below on how to sign up 

STEP 1: Log in to your Membership Toolkit Account

STEP 2: After School Club forms are found under “My Account” –> “Directory Info and Order Forms."  There you will find the After School Club forms for Monday-Friday.

STEP 3: Click on the form that corresponds to the day you’d like to register your child for an After School Club. Please select one club per child per day. At the bottom of each form, click “Add to Cart”.  Repeat this process for each day you’d like to register your child. 

STEP 4: To complete the registration process, please click on “Shopping Cart” at the top of the page and submit payment.  You will receive a confirmation email for each form you fill out.

**If there is a club that your child is most interested in, please make sure to check out and pay right away after selecting that specific class.  Your selection is not finalized until you have checked out and submitted payment.  Also note that there will be a separate wait list option if you'd like to register to be placed on the wait list in the event that a spot opens up in your desired club.**

Note that if your child already attended Ms. Schneider's cooking club in Fall 2025 or Magic in 2024-2025 school year, he/she cannot sign up for the winter/spring semester (any student who tries to sign up will be removed from the class and refunded)
