The Quaker Ridge PTA is pleased to continue to offer SchoolBee, a secure online directory accessible only to PTA members using an assigned user ID and password. SchoolBee is utilized district-wide, with families represented in multiple schools such as QR and SMS, etc.
 
Please take a moment to update your family's contact information on or before Friday, September 6, 2019. Do not enter information you do not wish to share.
 
Your SchoolBee profile can be found by clicking HERE. Your family must be a member of the PTA for access to SchoolBee. A printed version of the QR Student Directory will be available later this fall for $10 each on SchoolPay. 
 
For those families without a SchoolBee account, please fill out the Membership/Directory Form for those NOT yet in SchoolBee and a SchoolBee invitation will be emailed to you.

Please note, the QR PTA SchoolBee Directory contains contact information used for school and PTA purposes. Any use of directory email lists, addresses or phone numbers for solicitation, fundraising, non-school related matters or political purposes is prohibited.
  

When will the directory be available?

After our membership drive has ended September 6, 2019, we will activate all SchoolBee accounts for those who have joined the PTA. The printed hard copy of our directory will be distributed to your children when it comes back from the printer, typically in late October. Please remember that current membership will be required for access to both the printed and online directory and in order to remain on our weekly eblast distribution list.

To exclude some or all contact information from inclusion in the QR Student Student Directory, please click HERE and complete this online opt-out form no later than September 1, 2018, or within two weeks of matriculation, whichever occurs later. For additional information concerning the use and availability of the Student Directory, please see Scarsdale PTC/PTA Student Directory Standing Rule.
 
Please click HERE to read about the Family Educational Rights And Privacy Act (FERPA) notice regarding School Board Policy 5500 of the Scarsdale Union Free School District that provides that the District may from time to time disclose directory information from the records of present or former students.
